BOTC Act of 2013
An Act to establish the Botswana Trade Commission, to regulate the export and import of goods within the Common Customs Area and to provide for matters incidental thereto. The Act may be cited as the Botswana Trade Commission Act. The Act was enacted by the Parliament of Botswana.
