The Botswana Trade Commission (BOTC) Act of 2013 establishes the position of “a Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, who shall be appointed by the Minister after consultation with the Board, on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the instrument of appointment.” The Chief Executive Officer is responsible to the Board.

Executive Management of the Commission comprises the Chief Executive Officer and incumbents of key positions. The members of Executive Management are currently as follows:
